Warehouse Executive  

1. Warehouse Oversight & Inventory Control

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of sheet piling, steel materials, and related equipment.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with transporters and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.

2. Operations & Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to operations, including preparation of delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and inventory records.
• Assist the Operations Executive in coordinating materials movement for project and site requirements.
• Prepare basic operational and warehouse reports for management review.
• Support procurement, finance, and operations teams with documentation and coordination tasks.
• Assist in tracking operational schedules and follow up on outstanding actions.

3. Compliance, Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure warehouse operations follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and local regulations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and well-kept warehouse environment.
• Report damages, losses, incidents, or operational issues in a timely manner.

4. Coordination & Support

• Act as a key point of contact between warehouse, operations, and site teams.
• Support audits, inspections, and stock takes when required.
• Carry out other operational or administrative duties as assigned by the Operations Executive.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations support roles.
• Experience in construction, steel, or heavy materials industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
