Role Overview

We’re hiring a Full-Time Media Buyer (English &amp; Spanish) to support their team’s paid acquisition efforts across affiliate funnels. The role requires deep expertise in affiliate marketing, specifically for the finance and insurance verticals. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven growth marketer with extensive experience in media buying, funnel optimization, and cross-platform marketing strategies for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

	<li>Paid Media Strategy &amp; Execution</li>
	<li>Strategize, execute, and scale paid media campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads) across affiliate funnels for finance and insurance verticals.</li>
	<li>Monitor key performance metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS and campaign performance by cohort.</li>
	<li>Manage A/B testing for copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting frameworks.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the internal team to brief and test new creative angles.</li>
	<li>Optimization &amp; Reporting</li>
	<li>Proactively identify and optimize underperforming campaigns, adjust funnels, and traffic sources to improve performance.</li>
	<li>Report campaign performance weekly, flagging risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.</li>
	<li>Manage tracking infrastructure, attribution tools, and UTM frameworks to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.</li>

Knowledge Sharing &amp; Creative Development
