Customer Profile
Alveo Land’s target market, in general, are those individuals belonging to the AA through lower A socio-economic brackets with a monthly household income of PH₱200k to PH₱500k (US$3.9k to US$9.7k). 

They are upscale urban achievers, single or married, and in their 30s to 50s. They should be able to afford a monthly amortization
of around PH₱75k (US$1.4k) per month for a typical Alveo product. They are usually young to mid-aged aspiring married couples, at the progressive stages of their careers or entrepreneurial business life. Their life stage could be defined as “early to full-nester”
with children in primary or secondary school. They are an upwardly mobile group whose lives revolve around their family and work, who value good careers and social prospects, and who are imageconscious, yet practical in their investments. Real estate purchases are considered very carefully, and image coupled with good investment value and value for money is a primary consideration. Subsequent in their hierarchy of importance is security, followed by accessibility and proximity to their places of work and/or places of education, depending on the school age of the kids. Their holidays and weekends are spent shopping, so proximity to commercial centers and leisure destinations, is highly desirable.

COMPANY BACKGROUND
With foresight brought about by many successful years in the industry, the Philippines’ leading real estate developer, Ayala Land, Inc.

Alveo Land Corporation

The Project Broker Officer will be the lead coordinator of brokers and other alternative sales channels regarding the sales of Alveo Land Products. Their main task involves training alternative sales channels to promote Alveo Land Products while also assisting these sales channels in the sales full cycle from reservation to booking the sales account.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
I. Frontline and Administrative Support

Attends to inquiries and requests from stakeholders and visitors of both the Ethics Center and the Office of the Student Activities and Formation and the Office of the Dean from various communication channels (e.g., face-to-face, online, phone, office email) and coordinates the flow of information internally and with other offices concerned

Receives and records office correspondences and communication materials and carries out appropriate actions

Prepares and files copies of outgoing correspondences and ensures that they are addressed/distributed to intended recipients in a prompt and efficient manner

Provide support to the Dean’s various projects and initiatives, such as but not limited to, academic affairs, budget, quality assurance, marketing, School events, etc.

 
II. Logistical Support for Office Activities

Assists with the logistical support requirements for the trainings, seminars, conferences, retreats, workshops and events headed by the Ethics Center and the Office of Student Activities and Formation

Disseminates information and marketing collaterals about these programs and activities through the website, email, and/or print channels, and addresses inquiries accordingly

III. Center Management Support

Coordinates and arranges meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements of the

Prepares and submit annual year-end report and summary of operations

Draft contracts for Independent Contractors in accordance with legal and

IV. Student Activities and Formation Support

Assists the Director in managing the day-to-day administrative requirements and implementation of the different programs of the Office of the Student Activities and Formation and the Mulat Diwa Foundation

Drafts various documents and reports (e.g. requests for funding and endowments, Terms of Reference, CHED reports, etc.) and submits them to the Director for review and approval

Reviews accuracy and completeness of submitted project proposals, collates and submits to the Director for approval

Ensures the maintenance and proper usage of the Student Council room
