Job Summary:

<ul>
	<li>The Delivery Associate handles daily deliveries for DC Hubs and Teams. They ensure shipments are zoned, validated, and delivered on time as required.</li>
</ul>

LBC Driver Associate

Quality Management System

<ol>
	<li>Ensures that Quality processes are established, implemented and maintained.</li>
	<li>Plans and coordinates the internal quality audit of the quality system.</li>
	<li>Attends to third party auditors during site visits.</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain QA programs, plans and procedures at the site.</li>
	<li>Schedule, coordinate and conduct audit activities including internal and surveillance audits, principals’ visits/ audits, and suppliers’ audits.</li>
	<li>Assumes the role of Quality Assurance Head for redressing activities at Silangan Warehouse. Authorizes and releases batch release records for products from QC.</li>

Work closely with Purchasing in establishing quality requirements for external suppliers, conducting suppliers’

	<li>quality audit, and evaluation of potential suppliers of products that may directly affect our products and services.</li>
	<li>Oversees quarantine and release of received and repacked stocks in warehouse and VAS Operations.</li>
	<li>Works with the warehouse pharmacist for over-all quality assurance / quality control in operations</li>
	<li>Serves as the QA lead as substitute for the QA Head for redressing activities at Glacier Warehouse.</li>
	<li>Supervise and lead all the dangerous drug process and transactions.</li>
	<li>Works with the Regulatory Manager for FDA and PDEA updates, reports and compliance.</li>
</ol>

Associate QMS Manager

Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.

Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.

Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

Analyze key metrics including vendor fill rate, lead time variability, and Forecast (FC) inbound capacity to maintain inventory turns.

Identify and communicate current and future inventory issues, as well as developing plans.

Participate in cross-functional manufacturer and vendor reviews, driving vendor operational improvement.

Participate in innovative, metric trimetric-driven projects to achieve supply chain excellence.

Utilize forecasting software and exception reporting to reduce forecast error and achieve category forecast accuracy targets.

Determine causes of root error and implement processes to drive operational efficiency.

Manage the monthly sales forecast while working alongside supply chain partners and monitoring key metrics.

Collaborate with business partners to understand marketing activities, ensure optimal stock levels and plan, and lifecycle management of the product portfolio.

Performs other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
