A. Financial Operations (FinOps)

<ul>
	<li>Handle payroll processing and related statutory and BIR requirements.</li>
	<li>Supervise daily accounting transactions and review entries for accuracy.</li>
	<li>Conduct operations audits focusing on sales, cash handling, and inventory.</li>
	<li>Ensure tax and business compliance, including timely BIR filings and permit renewals.</li>
	<li>Review inventory reconciliations and variance analyses.</li>
	<li>Support improvement and documentation of operational SOPs.</li>
</ul>

B. Financial Management (FinMan)

<ul>
	<li>Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.</li>
	<li>Perform tax accounting and reporting, including journal entries and reconciliations.</li>
	<li>Prepare entity-level budgets and management reports for review by the Finance Lead.</li>
	<li>Conduct cost tracking and variance analysis versus budget.</li>
	<li>Prepare audit schedules and assist in internal and external audit reviews.</li>
	<li>Supervise work of Accounting Associates for quality and compliance.</li>
</ul>

C. General

<ul>
	<li>Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity and professionalism.</li>
	<li>Perform other accounting-related tasks as may be assigned.</li>
</ul>
