	<li>Own and maintain Figma design systems for web and mobile, ensuring scalable and reusable components for SaaS platforms.</li>
	<li>Improve UI/UX across all digital experiences, using best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs, understanding front-end constraints and opportunities.</li>
	<li>Design marketing materials, support documentation, pitch decks, and internal communication assets in line with our brand.</li>
	<li>Create motion graphics and videos (e.g., product promos, training videos) using After Effects or similar tools.</li>
	<li>Develop and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring a unified visual identity across digital and print assets.</li>
