	<li>Validate &amp; deploy solutions based on business needs and ensure achievement of the approved initiative metrics while meeting required quality and compliance standards.</li>
	<li>Responsible in deploying system changes aligned with the approved architectural designs and business requirements.</li>
	<li>Support the team of Business Analysts and Data Owners in reviewing, cleansing, and validating master data.</li>
	<li>Ensure that established cloud care framework is followed; and lead / drive development of the incident, problem, and system change management capability.</li>
	<li>Communicate with stakeholders across the organization in terms of mitigating risk, and realization of committed business benefits.</li>
	<li>Support Business Unit stakeholders in managing organizational changes resulting from the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.</li>
