Main Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Academic Duties

<ul>
	<li>Designs and delivers subject lessons to the assigned classes</li>
	<li>Creates module plans, participates in articulation and collaboration sessions</li>
	<li>Teaches the subject assigned to him/her, with emphasis on studentcentered activities</li>
	<li>Prepares instructional materials such as visual aids, Learning Activity Sheets (LAS), Information Sheets (IS), and formative and summative Assessments</li>
	<li>Monitors and evaluates student performance</li>
	<li>Assigns, reviews, and assesses student work, including seatwork, homework, formative and summative assessments, to monitor student performance and evaluate learning progress</li>
	<li>Communicates with parents regarding student performance, facilitating discussions through scheduled parent-teacher conferences or upon request</li>
	<li>Attends and actively participates in Faculty general assemblies, meetings, and other committees assigned to him/her</li>

II. Prefecting and Proctoring Duties

<ul>
	<li>Monitors students at specific locations during Quiet Time, Mind-Setting Time, Check-In Periods, recess, and lunch on assigned days to ensure discipline and orderly conduct</li>
	<li>Monitors students as a designated table prefect in the cafeteria, maintaining order and proper etiquette (applicable to Grades 3-6 teachers)</li>
	<li>Monitors students during the Sportsfests and Intramurals to ensure student safety and discipline</li>
	<li>Monitors a class during dismissal (for Kinder to Grade 3) to ensure a safe and orderly departure (applicable to Kinder to Grade 3)</li>
	<li>Proctors a class during summative assessments</li>
</ul>

III. Advising and Counseling Duties

<ul>
	<li>Provides individualized guidance and support to students, making referrals to the Child Development Center when necessary</li>
	<li>Handles student disciplinary concerns, addressing minor infractions and escalating serious cases to the Grade Level Coordinator (GLC) as appropriate</li>
	<li>Coordinates with the Class Adviser and/or the Child Development Center to monitor and follow up on student referrals</li>
	<li>Conducts group guidance sessions during Check-in period and Quiet Time, collaborating with the Guidance Counselor as needed (applicable to CT/CA only)</li>
</ul>

IV. Student Recording and Reporting Duties

<ul>
	<li>Scores, records, encodes, and validates student marks in grading sheets (Edusuite)</li>
	<li>Compiles and submits reports on student honors and awards for review by the GLC</li>
	<li>o Recommends to the GLC merits and demerits for Grades 3-6</li>
	<li>Prepares and submits student attendance, deportment reports, and other required documentation to the GLC</li>
	<li>Monitors and records student attendance and punctuality to ensure accurate documentation</li>
	<li>Ensures the confidentiality and integrity of official school records pertaining to the students (e.g. report cards, exams, guidance test results)</li>
</ul>

V. Performs other work-related tasks as may be required by the immediate supervisor and authorized representative

Grade School Teacher

Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities:

The subject teacher is primarily a formator who guides the students in their search for truth and knowledge. He/she is responsible for the effective delivery of the instructional program.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Prepares lesson plans using the prescribed format and submits these to the Subject Area Coordinator on the scheduled day of the week</li>
	<li>Delivers the daily lessons to the assigned classes according to the prepared lesson plans but with enough flexibility for adjustments whenever appropriate</li>
	<li>Evaluates student progress and achievement regularly through quizzes, long tests, exams and other forms of evaluation prepared according to the prescribed design and the subject area guideline</li>
	<li>Gives the students regular feedback on their performance by returning tests, exams and projects within a reasonable amount of time</li>
	<li>Keeps a record of student progress</li>
	<li>Initiates conferences with students and parents as needed and makes himself available for student consultation and parent-teacher conferences as needed</li>
	<li>Attends year level and subject area meetings and activities, convocations, general faculty meetings, masses, faculty retreats, community spiritual hour and serves in committee work whenever necessary</li>
	<li>Serves as exam proctor during the periodical exams</li>
	<li>Substitutes for absent teachers when assigned by the Subject Area Coordinator</li>
	<li>Implements set routines and procedures for effective classroom management</li>

The Teacher Aide is responsible for the ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for the students while providing faculty and classroom operations support.

I. Classroom Operations and Faculty Support

	<li>Supports the teacher in planning and setting up the classroom and learning centers, ensuring an organized and engaging learning environment</li>
