Graphic Artist Designer

TSL Marketing Corp (Winterpine Group)

Graphic Artist is responsible for producing creative visual materials that support the Company’s marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives for its automotive accessory and car care product lines. The role focuses on the design and execution of marketing collaterals across print and digital platforms for assigned brands such as air fresheners, car shampoos, and automotive cleaning chemicals. This is an entry-level role requiring strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to execute materials in line with brand guidelines and marketing directions. 
 
 

II. Duties and Responsibilities

A. Design and Creative Execution - Create marketing collaterals including posters, flyers, social media graphics, product visuals, and promotional materials for assigned automotive accessory and car care brands.

	<li>Translate marketing briefs into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned visual designs.</li>
	<li>Develop layouts for digital campaigns, in-store displays, and e-commerce product listings.</li>
	<li>Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines for each assigned product line.</li>
	<li>Revise and improve artwork based on feedback from the Marketing Team.</li>
</ul>

B. Brand and Product Support - Prepare product-focused graphics highlighting key features, benefits, and usage of car accessories and car care products.

	<li>Assist in designing materials for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.</li>
	<li>Support multiple brands handled by the Company (e.g., air fresheners, car shampoos, and cleaning chemicals) while maintaining distinct visual identities.</li>
</ul>

C. Coordination and File Management - Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding design requirements, timelines, and priorities.

	<li>Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for easy reference and reuse.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely submission of final artwork in the required formats for print, social media, and online platforms.</li>

Graphic Artist

Trainers are expected to engage both new and current designers to plan time and activities to ensure the achievement of SG Interactive’s established goals and objectives within our design agency.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

	<li>Create, manage and deliver new hire design training to ensure success in our Creative division.</li>
	<li>Create, maintain and deliver training documents that continue to support new hire design training.</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities and develop and implement ‘Training Action Plans’.</li>
	<li>Develop monthly, weekly and daily execution plans.</li>
	<li>Discover any opportunities in our Creative department based on metrics, feedback and performance.</li>
	<li>Develop improved training collateral and methodologies to drive improved performance within the Creative team.</li>
	<li>Act as a point of contact for multiple departments to drive performance and support any training initiative.</li>
	<li>Serve as an information resource for, and liaison between, the field and the SG Interactive’s management by communicating issues, opportunities and market intelligence through effective written, electronic and verbal means.</li>
