This position is a shared resource across multiple teams, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across physical stores, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and CorelDRAW, have experience in Figma, and be able to navigate Klaviyo for email marketing.

What you will do:

<h3>1. Graphic Design &amp; Branding</h3>

	<li>Create original graphics and visual assets for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, website banners, promotional materials, packaging, and in-store collaterals.</li>
	<li>Develop unique illustrations and artwork that reflect the brand’s style and values, ensuring they engage and resonate with the target audience.</li>
	<li>Maintain a strong understanding of brand identity and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.</li>
</ul>

<h3>2. Visual Merchandising</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Design graphics for in-store displays, signage, and window visuals that enhance the retail experience.</li>
	<li>Develop 3D renderings and layouts for store fixtures and POP materials using SketchUp.</li>
	<li>Ensure all retail visual elements align with marketing campaigns and brand aesthetics.</li>
</ul>

<h3>3. E-Commerce &amp; Digital Content</h3>

	<li>Design engaging website banners, product images, and promotional graphics for online platforms.</li>
	<li>Create UX/UI elements and layouts using Figma to enhance the online shopping experience.</li>
	<li>Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand integrity.</li>

<h3>4. Email Marketing &amp; Digital Ads</h3>

<h3>5. Collaboration &amp; Trend Awareness</h3>

	<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Photography) to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages.</li>
	<li>Stay updated with current design trends, fashion industry developments, and emerging creative techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design process.</li>
</ul>

<h3>6. Layout, Composition &amp; Software Proficiency</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Design layouts that balance typography, imagery, and negative space for visually pleasing and impactful designs.</li>
	<li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CorelDRAW, and Figma to create high-quality visual assets.</li>
	<li>Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve work quality.</li>

<h3>7. Project &amp; Deadline Management</h3>
