Job Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Request and compare quotations from different suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
- Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- With experience in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and monitoring deliveries is an advantage.
- Must have good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
