Project Manager Auxiliary Systems  

Job Description:

• The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful implementation of Auxiliary Systems/ELV projects from project initiation through completion.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and monitor Auxiliary Systems projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review project specifications, drawings, scope of work, and technical requirements.
• Supervise project implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, equipment, and overall project costs.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with site teams to address technical and operational concerns.
• Ensure installations comply with approved plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, documentation, and turnover requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Attend client meetings, site meetings, and project coordination meetings.
• Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Engineering teams regarding project requirements and technical concerns.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, material submittals, testing reports, and as-built documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• With proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Auxiliary Systems, ELV, or MEP projects.
• With hands-on experience in Auxiliary Systems such as CCTV, FDAS, Access Control, Public Address System, Structured Cabling, and related systems.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, implementation, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
