Tosen Foods Inc., a food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in Meycauayan City Bulacan. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in optimising our end-to-end supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of our high-quality food products to our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective strategies to manage the procurement, warehouse, inventory, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline supply chain processes and minimize disruptions
- Analyse data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering or related course.
- Must have at least eight (8) years of work experience in supply chain management.
- Expertise in supply chain optimization
- Advance knowledge of logistics and distribution
- In-depth understanding of supplier management
- Risk mitigation strategies
- Data analysis and KPI management
- Proficiency in Excel, software and tools
- Willing to work in Meycauayan Bulacan
