Business Intelligence Analyst: Supply Chain and Costing  

Description

Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will act as the architect of our financial and operational data. In this role, you will handle the data master files for our restaurant group and commissary—managing the flow of data between our Recipe Master Files (BOMs), POS systems, and physical inventory.

Responsibilities

Education & Professional Background
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.

Experience:
Required: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analysis, Cost Control, or Supply Chain Planning role.

Preferred:
-Prior experience in the F&B, Manufacturing, or FMCG industry where "Bill of Materials" (BOM) management was part of the daily workflow.
-Google App scripts knowledge

Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)
-Advanced Google Sheets/Excel:
-Must demonstrate mastery of nested functions (Index/Match, Vlookup, Sumifs, Arrays).
-Proficient with Query functions and Pivot Tables to manipulate raw data sets.
-Ability to structure data logically (understanding Parent/Child relationships in data).
-Systems Literacy: Experience working with POS systems (extracting CSVs) and Inventory Management Systems.
-Business Intelligence: Familiarity with data visualization concepts (creating charts/dashboards that non-data people can understand).
