1. Profiles target communities and stakeholders through surveys and/or focus group discussions.
2. Coordinates and jointly formulates development plans with the target communities.
3. Executes plans, monitors progress and evaluates projects and/or programs for the
community together with the relevant partner organizations and/or agencies
ensuring alignment with goals.
4. Creates promotional videos, and posts on social media and distributes annual
magazines of the community development projects and/or programs.
5. Prepares periodic reports.
6. Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Social Work, or a related field;
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience;
- Strong community organizing skills;
- Effective networking and relationship-building abilities;
- Experience in training and capacity building;
- Proficient in public relations and stakeholder engagement;
- Strong evaluation and assessment skills.
