Key Responsibilities

• Architect the long-term supply chain strategy, including warehouse footprint, logistics technology, and cold-chain infrastructure.
• Direct enterprise-level procurement strategies to optimize costs while ensuring 100% inventory availability for critical medications.
• Lead the integration of advanced supply chain analytics and AI-driven forecasting to minimize waste and maximize fulfillment rates.
• Govern strategic relationships with global pharma manufacturers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service level excellence.
• Oversee regulatory compliance for FDA pharmacy standards and logistics safety protocols at an enterprise scale.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in supply chain leadership, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
• Expertise in logistics technology, cold-chain management, and procurement strategy.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-functional teams.
• Must work onsite in Makati City.
