Purchasing Supervisor

Location: Makati City
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8AM-5PM

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Supervisor to oversee our procurement operations. The role is responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective purchasing of goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and leading a team to support operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily purchasing activities, including processing of purchase requests and issuance of purchase orders
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to ensure availability of required materials
• Review and approve purchase requisitions in line with company policies and budget
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement planning
• Ensure all purchasing transactions are properly documented and compliant with internal controls
• Prepare reports on procurement status, expenses, and supplier performance
• Lead, train, and manage purchasing staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and purchasing/ERP systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and leadership skills
