A Preschool Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. The teacher encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity, supports children’s developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Prepare, and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Integrate play-based learning and hands-on activities to engage children in meaningful learning experiences.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress and developmental milestones, maintaining accurate records.
- Support children’s social and emotional growth through positive guidance and encouragement.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum and implement best practices in early childhood education.
Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Teaching/Training, Linguistics/Languages, Psychology, Mass Communication, or any related field
- Interested in pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education
- A team player who can collaborate in creating engaging and interactive learning activities
- Skilled in both digital and traditional teaching methods
- Proficient in basic computer skills for educational purposes
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Since 2006, we have been committed to providing high-quality early childhood education rooted in play, exploration, and holistic development. For 20 years, KCLC has earned the trust and support of families and the local community as a warm, nurturing, and child-centered learning institution.
