As part of our Educator Pool, you may be matched to opportunities as an Instructor or Mentor across Eskwelabs learning programs based on your expertise, experience, availability, and the needs of each program.

Our educators support practical, project-based learning for professionals by bringing real-world experience into the learning environment.

Opportunities may include

• Instructor roles — Facilitate structured learning sessions, break down complex concepts, connect lessons to real industry practice, and guide learners toward practical outcomes.
• Mentor roles — Coach learners through hands-on projects, answer questions, unblock challenges, and provide timely, actionable feedback.

Specific responsibilities, schedules, topics, and work arrangements will vary depending on the learning program and project.

Work Arrangement

Educator opportunities are project-based. Assignments may be remote, onsite, or hybrid depending on the requirements of each learning program.

Joining the Educator Pool does not guarantee an immediate project assignment. Shortlisted educators are matched to opportunities based on their expertise, experience, availability, assessment results, and program needs.

4. Tell us about your teaching, facilitation, or mentoring experience.
5. Select your preferred assessment pathway (Fireside Chat or Video Submission).

Only applications completed through the Eskwelabs Educator Application Form will proceed through the educator application process.

We're looking for industry practitioners who are interested in helping others learn through practical, project-based education.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have hands-on professional experience in one or more areas relevant to Eskwelabs programs, such as data, AI, technology, software development, product, business, or related fields.
• Can translate real-world experience into practical examples, guidance, and feedback for learners.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with learners from different backgrounds.
• Are curious, collaborative, and willing to continuously learn alongside other educators.
• Are interested in facilitating, teaching, coaching, or mentoring working professionals.

Previous teaching or facilitation experience is welcome but not required. We value demonstrated practitioner expertise and the ability to help others learn.
