Online Math & English Teacher for US Students | Guaranteed Pay  

Fixed $500/month, booked or unbooked. Teach US students from home.

Edge Tutor is hiring licensed Filipino teachers to teach Math or English online to US students in Grades 1–12. You'll earn a fixed monthly pay of $500 (about ₱28,500) for 86 scheduled hours, whether or not your classes are booked.

This role is ideal for former J-1 exchange teachers, teachers who have taught in the US, and licensed teachers who already have an FBI background check.

This is a fully online, work-from-home role based in the Philippines. It is not an overseas job and does not involve visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
• Teach live online Math or English classes to US students in Grades 1–12
• Follow the provided curriculum and lesson materials
• Commit to 86 hours a month (about 20 hours a week) within the 8 PM to 11 AM PHT window

• Qualifications

  • Active PRC teaching license (LPT)
  • Completed FBI background check (Identity History Summary)
  • Experience teaching Math or English at any level from Grades 1–12
  • Available for 86 hours a month within the 8 PM to 11 AM PHT window
  • Stable internet and a laptop or desktop with a headset

  Preferred
  • J-1 exchange teaching or US classroom experience
  • Familiarity with US curriculum (Common Core, state standards)
