- Mengatur dan mengoordinasikan proses pengiriman barang ke pelanggan agar berjalan tepat waktu
- Menyusun dan mengawasi perencanaan pengiriman harian serta memastikan kesiapan armada
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim warehouse untuk memastikan kesiapan barang sesuai jadwal pengiriman
- Mengelola dan memonitor kinerja vendor 3PL, termasuk proses penerimaan barang, ketepatan waktu pengiriman, serta kelengkapan dokumen POD
- Memantau timeline pengiriman dan instalasi agar sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan
- Menangani dan menyelesaikan kendala dalam proses pengiriman maupun instalasi
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional berjalan sesuai SOP, instruksi kerja, OPL, serta standar keselamatan kerja
- Memastikan seluruh proses kerja mengikuti kebijakan dan peraturan perusahaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK dari semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Leader/Supervisor di bidang Warehouse, Logistik, atau Supply Chain.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan retail atau trading dengan pengiriman harian B2B/B2C
- Memahami routing dan perencanaan pengiriman harian, monitoring delivery, serta pengaturan armada dan transportasi
- Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan sistem ERP seperti Odoo, SAP, WMS atau sistem sejenis menjadi nilai tambah
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office dengan baik
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan mampu mengelola tim operasional
- Komunikatif, teliti, detail-oriented, dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim
