Customer Education Specialist  

Training Design & Delivery (Primary)

• Conduct pre-training surveys to assess client needs, skill gaps, and goals; use findings to customize learning paths
• Design training curricula, learning flows, and presentation decks tailored to each client's use case and skill level
• Deliver interactive training sessions — virtual, in-person, or hybrid — across both business units
• Distribute post-training surveys, consolidate feedback, and compile analytics reports on satisfaction, comprehension, and expectations
• Continuously refine training materials based on feedback and evolving product features
• Maintain a repository of training assets, attendance records, and reports

Workflow Optimization Support (Secondary, As-Needed)

• Join client meetings occasionally as a technical resource when training sessions surface workflow questions
• Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient client processes during the course of training engagements
• Recommend or help build simple automated solutions (e.g., using AppSheet, Apps Script, or Looker Studio) as capacity and expertise allow
• Escalate more complex workflow or automation requests to the Customer Success Manager for scoping

• 2+ years of experience in a training, instructional design, or customer enablement role
• Strong instructional design and presentation skills — able to translate technical concepts for varied, non-technical audiences
• Experience building and analyzing surveys/feedback loops (e.g., Google Forms + Sheets reporting)
• Comfort with client-facing communication in both training and light advisory contexts
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a process end-to-end, from needs assessment to reporting
• Willingness to develop deeper technical/automation skills over time
