Job Description
Designation – Operations Manager Experience - 7 to 10 Years (Local experience is Must) Language – Proficiency in English & Local Native language Reporting to– Country Head Qualification – PGDM / MBA Compensation – Not Constraint for right candidate + Other benefits
Role Description
1. Responsible for overall operations metrics of city
2. Amigo - Amigo onboarding, Listing enhancement, Experience, Churn
3. Working on Renter - Experience, Churn and repeat rates, Cost structures at country/city level, Ops vendor management
4. Strong stakeholder management skills across the chain
5. Fleet management and Local call center management
6. Work closely with central marketing, operations and support teams and use these resources to streamline the regional performance
7. Well aware of Processes compliances - Local and central
Minimum Qualifications
1. Strong understanding of P&L with baseline financial acumen
2. Excellent first principle thinking and ability to fundamentally find fresh solutions to difficult challenges.
3. Strong quantitative reasoning ability with a robust fluency in data analysis
4. Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
5. High energy and strong resiliency.
6. keenness to travel extensively.Key Skills/Attributes
