Zennya Health is building Southeast Asia’s first closed-loop health operating system. Our Smart Sleep, Diagnostics, and Programmatic Care stacks combine wearable data, clinical-grade interventions, and behaviorally reinforced feedback loops—delivered on-demand through a fully AI-integrated system.

We’re looking for a physician who is ready to lead the next era of precision health—not just deliver care within the system, but help architect it.

This role is for a clinically trained, tech-forward physician who thrives at the intersection of medicine, data, and behavioral change. You’ll guide the development of evidence-based health protocols derived from biometric and lab inputs, deliver outcome-driven teleconsults, and contribute to shaping real-time, adaptive health programs rooted in wearables and continuous diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Program Leadership
   • Lead protocol development for Zennya’s programmatic health stacks (e.g., Smart Sleep, Stress, Metabolic Health), informed by biometric data and lab results.
   • Partner with product and data science teams to translate wearable inputs (sleep stages, HRV, activity, body temp, etc.) into actionable, tiered interventions.
2. Insight & Protocol Engineering
   • Co-author Zennya’s AI-assisted interpretation logic for user health insights, ritual suggestions, and compliance nudges.
   • Review and refine dynamic treatment pathways based on biometric trends and outcomes, closing the loop from intervention to result.
3. Telehealth Consults
   • Conduct high-trust teleconsultations focused on interpreting diagnostic data, optimizing health rituals, and driving adherence.
   • Reinforce user understanding of health trends and co-create evolving care plans within Zennya’s app ecosystem.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   • Collaborate with product designers, AI developers, and training teams to ensure protocol quality, user clarity, and operational feasibility.
   • Contribute to the upskilling of Zennya’s nursing workforce in intervention delivery and user education.
5. Quality, Safety, and Compliance
   • Ensure medical protocols are evidence-based, ethically sound, and consistent with local regulations and global standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with valid PRC license; specialization or experience in functional medicine, endocrinology, sleep, or lifestyle medicine a plus.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience; telemedicine background preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in health tech, wearables, digital therapeutics, or data-driven care models.
• Strong clinical reasoning paired with openness to AI, automation, and non-traditional care pathways.
• Excellent communicator who can make complex health data understandable and actionable.

What We’re Not Looking For

• Individuals uncomfortable with technology or rigidly attached to traditional clinic-based models.
• Clinicians inclined toward protocol checklists without user-centric adaptability or outcome-focused iteration.
