B. Contract Management

	<li>Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.</li>
	<li>Ensure contracts protect the Company’s interests and comply with internal policies.</li>
	<li>Maintain and update legal document repositories, including renewals and amendments.</li>

C. Risk &amp; Litigation Management

	<li>Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.</li>
	<li>Conduct internal audits and investigations as needed.</li>
	<li>Handle dispute resolution matters and oversee litigation, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with external legal counsel and provide updates to management on case developments.</li>
