Job Description

On-Site & Fieldwork Position.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Target Achievement

  1. Drive the sales team to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  2. Set clear individual targets for Sales Associates and ensure accountability for achieving them.
  3. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective actions when targets are not being met.
  4. Motivate the team through performance-based incentives, recognition, and consistent feedback.

B. Team Leadership and Performance Monitoring

  1. Supervise daily activities of the sales team, providing direction and support.
  2. Monitor and evaluate call performance through real-time listening and call recordings.
  3. Conduct regular one-on-one and team performance reviews.
  4. Monitor fieldwork activities and ensure Sales Associates follow assigned routes, schedules, and protocols.

C. Call Quality Assurance

  1. Ensure calls are conducted in a professional, persuasive, and client-centric manner.
  2. Review calls for compliance with sales scripts, product knowledge, and handling objections.

D. Training and Development

  1. Design and implement structured onboarding and continuous learning programs.
  2. Provide coaching on objection handling, closing techniques, negotiation strategies, and effective field selling.
  3. Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training to improve performance.

E. CRM Management and Sales Reporting

  1. Ensure accurate and timely data entry of call activities, lead status, sales outcomes, and field activity reports in the CRM system.
  2. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, pipeline performance, and areas for improvement.
  3. Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to Executives.

F. Field Sales Planning and Management

  1. Plan, assign, and coordinate fieldwork for Sales Associates, ensuring optimal coverage of target areas.
  2. Monitor field sales activities to ensure adherence to schedules, compliance, and productivity standards.
  3. Provide guidance and support for challenges encountered during field operations.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of fieldwork strategies and recommend improvements.

G. Process Improvement and Collaboration

  1. Recommend process changes to improve team efficiency, sales effectiveness, and fieldwork productivity.
  2. Collaborate with Marketing and other Sales units to align on messaging, campaigns, and promotions.
  3. Participate in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in sales, preferably within the lending or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and managing sales targets.
  • Experience in client acquisition, retention, and relationship management within the lending industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports to improve business strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
