Qualifications
1–2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an e‑commerce or fast‑paced retail environment.
Proven ability to handle both shooting and editing independently – from setup to final export.
Demonstrated capability to deliver 7–8 finished videos per day without compromising quality.
Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) and basic knowledge of lighting and audio equipment.
Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and what kind of video content drives clicks and sales.
Excellent time management and organizational skills – able to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Produce 7–8 high‑quality short‑form videos per day for e‑commerce channels (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, etc.), covering product showcases, ads, and social content.
Handle the full production cycle: filming, lighting, sound, editing, color grading, and basic motion graphics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and conversions.
Optimize video formats and durations for different platforms, ensuring compliance with each channel’s specifications and trends.
Manage and organize raw footage, assets, and final deliverables in a structured workflow.
Stay updated on local and global video trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor creative strategies to continuously improve content performance.
