Revenue Accountant SAP  

Revenue assurance and recognition

• Checks accuracy and completeness of revenues on a monthly basis, thru settlement reports
• Records revenues in SAP or other books of accounts
• Recognizes accrual of revenue
• Invoice generation and billing of clients, telecommunication companies and other partners
• Performs variance analysis and other reports needed by the business team.

Credit and collection monitoring

• Monitors age of trade receivables
• Manages collection from customers, bank deposit of checks, and monitor bank accounts
• Collects and files BIR Forms 2306/2307 for taxes withheld
• Ensures that transactions pertaining to collections have been reconciled and posted on time.

Maintenance of finance and accounting documents

• Maintain files and documents, such as receiving copies of invoices, official receipts, bank statements
• Keep records of contracts and agreements, conforme letters, memoranda, and email correspondence
• Prepares Journal Voucher for accounting entries

Tax Compliance and Management

• Ensures tax compliance and regularly file and pay accurate taxes on time, without any delay
• Ensures internal and external audit compliance
• Liaise with BIR on tax audit and verification

Adhoc reports

• All other reports that may be required from time to time
• Accurate disbursement of duly approved petty cash voucher to correct G-cash wallet; accurate journal entries.
• Manage and validate business transportation, accurate journal entries
  

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, preferably CPA
• Related Experience – At least 3-year experience in related field
• Knowledge – Knowledgeable in PFRS, PAS, and other Philippine GAAP
• Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other applications, SAP
