Machine Learning Operations Specialist  

Ensures the stable, reliable, and secure operation of deployed Machine Learning (ML) models and the Model Management Platform. The MLOps Specialist works closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Platform Engineers, and cross-functional teams to sustain model performance and availability in production environments.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

● Experience with Data Engineer is welcome to apply

● Certifications (Preferred but not required)

○ Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

○ MLOps or ML Engineering certifications

○ DevOps foundations or Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD)

●Related Work Experience: 2 to 4 years experience in MLOps, DevOps, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, or related operational roles.

● Experience in managing production ML systems, pipelines, or cloud services.

● Proven expertise in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), specifically managing model deployment, proactive monitoring, and performance tuning.

● Extensive experience utilizing cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Cloud) and tools like containerization (Docker and Kubernetes) to host and optimize model serving infrastructure.

● Demonstrated capability to meet and exceed strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), particularly those related to system uptime and incident resolution.

● Proficiency in structured software development methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum) for platform feature delivery.
