- Lead the technical design, customization, and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
- Architect and develop customizations for Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, actions, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Power Apps.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Custom Connectors.
- Design and implement robust Dataverse solutions, including the creation of custom entities, complex forms, views, dashboards, and comprehensive security roles.
- Define and execute data migration strategies using tools such as KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL platforms, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Implement and enforce role-based security, authentication, and access control models within Dynamics 365 and integrated systems to ensure data security and compliance.
- Work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless alignment of technical solutions with business requirements and project goals.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform performance tuning to optimize system efficiency.
- Mentor junior consultants and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft’s roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, providing guidance on adopting new features and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), MB-210 (Sales), MB-220 (Marketing), MB-230 (Customer Service), or MB-600 (Solution Architect).
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and technical consulting.
- Proven experience leading solution design, customization, and integration across Dynamics 365 CE modules.
- Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in developing server-side code using C# for plugins, custom workflows, and actions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for form and UI customization.
- Deep experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps – Canvas & Model-Driven, and Dataverse).
- Experience developing for Dynamics 365 Portals/Power Pages using Liquid templates.
- Strong understanding of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, KingswaySoft, SSIS).
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Skills:
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable, efficient, and high-performing CRM solutions.
- Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
- Exhibits leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills to guide junior developers and foster continuous learning.
- Adapts to evolving Microsoft technologies and maintains a focus on innovation and best practices in solution delivery.
