- Lead the architectural design, development, and customization of Power Apps Portals/Power Pages to meet evolving business requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Configure and extend portal functionalities through custom web templates, Liquid, JavaScript, and CSS to deliver enhanced user experiences.
- Build and maintain secure integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure services (such as Functions, Logic Apps, and Application Insights), and various third-party systems.
- Apply industry best practices for solution architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Implement comprehensive role-based security models, configure authentication methods (including Azure AD B2C, OAuth, SSO), and enforce portal security policies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior to mid developers, fostering a collaborative environment of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and key stakeholders to align technical solutions with overarching business objectives.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies, and proactively recommend their adoption where appropriate to drive innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft development, with at least 3 years focused on Power Platform development
- Knowledge:
- Power Apps Portals/Power Pages development (Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, Key Vault)
- Integration techniques (REST APIs, Webhooks, Plugins, Custom Connectors)
- Security models and authentication protocols
- Skills:
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing complex technical issues and delivering effective, sustainable solutions.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Exhibits leadership and mentorship skills by guiding junior developers, fostering collaboration, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Adapts quickly to evolving technologies and shifting business priorities, maintaining focus on quality and continuous improvement in solution delivery.
