Job Summary:
The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to support key business functions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM/ERP solutions using Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, or BC) and the Power Platform.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in Dynamics 365 development, with deep knowledge of system integrations, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Customization
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or Business Central).
Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and custom connectors.
Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using C#, .NET, and Power Platform tools.
Configure entities, forms, dashboards, and business process flows to meet business requirements.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
Solution Design & Implementation
Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
Participate in system design sessions and recommend best practices for Dynamics 365 architecture.
Support full software development lifecycle activities — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
Maintenance & Support
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Dynamics 365 environments.
Manage version upgrades, patches, and new releases.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization.
Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor junior developers and review their code for quality and consistency.
Contribute to technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge sharing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, infrastructure, and business users
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 to 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development (CRM, CE, or F&O).
Proven track record in custom development, integrations, and Power Platform solutions.
