Cloud Operations Engineer  

Key Responsibilities

● Perform daily operational tasks including deployments, monitoring, backups, and incident response

● Support and maintain AWS infrastructure used by eMSP and CSMS projects

● Monitor system performance, availability, and cost usage using tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Budgets

● Manage IAM roles, security groups, and access controls in line with internal security policies

● Respond to cloud-related requests from other teams (e.g., marketing, finance, compliance)

● Help prepare documentation for security audits and compliance reviews

● Assist in integrating third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, monitoring tools)

● Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to support CI/CD pipelines

● Keep infrastructure and deployment scripts (Terraform, Serverless Framework) up to date

● Maintain and troubleshoot basic issues in containerized and serverless workloads (ECS, Lambda)

Minimum Qualifications

● 1–3 years hands-on experience in Cloud Operations or DevOps

● Solid understanding of core AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS, etc.)

● Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Serverless Framework

● Comfortable with Linux system administration and networking concepts

● Basic understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions)

● Experience writing or debugging deployment scripts (Bash, YAML)

● Strong documentation and communication skills Nice to Have

● AWS Certified (Cloud Practitioner or Associate level)

● Exposure to OCPP, OCPI, or e-mobility systems ● Experience working with security compliance or audit processes (e.g., access control, encryption standards) ● Experience with observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry ● Familiarity with Docker and container lifecycle management
