Job Description

Engage with business users to gather, document, and analyze requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
Assess the feasibility, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions and recommend system changes accordingly.
Collaborate with developers, testers, infrastructure teams, and other IT professionals to implement solutions.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and troubleshoot issues post-deployment.
Maintain system documentation, data flow diagrams, and user manuals for reference and compliance.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and support continuous improvement.
Ensure that solutions meet information security, data privacy, and quality standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend tools that can enhance system performance.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT to foster understanding and facilitate communication.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis
- At least 1 completed implementation of Power Apps project references
Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.
Proficiency in writing use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.
Familiarity with database concepts and querying (e.g., SQL).
Basic knowledge of programming concepts and integration methods (e.g., APIs, web services).
Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles as they relate to system implementation.
