Job Description
- Workday Support lead handling incidents and problem tickets investigation and resolution, ensuring SLAs are met by the team.
- Provide SME support for Workday-related inquiries from the client and team.
- Spearhead initiatives for continuous improvement in processes and application support.
Minimum Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
- Experienced with Workday Finance (core)
- Good to have the following certifications:
- Customer to Cash
- Procurement / Banking Settlements (nice to have).
- Experience with Service Management / Production Support
- Must be experienced for at least 5 years in Workday Procurement
