YONDU INC.' is seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge digital solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance and usability of our software applications
- Automate repetitive testing tasks using industry-leading tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner
- Continuously explore new testing methodologies and technologies to enhance our quality assurance processes
- Provide detailed reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement
- Mentor and share knowledge with junior members of the QA team
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a software QA engineer or tester
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript
- Proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium or Cypress
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and test-driven development
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
