Job Description
The Recruitment Specialist role is responsible for providing the end-to-end Recruitment needs of the Recruitment team as a whole, and ensuring that we consistently supply our pipeline with quality potential talents by scrubbing through different hiring channels and platforms for such candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial interviews to shortlists of qualified candidates
- Facilitate Online Assessment
- Endorse candidates to the following recruitment process and ensure they are scheduled accordingly
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Send recruiting emails and make follow-ups with candidates and the hiring team
- Communicate the application status with the candidates and hiring team
- Reach out to past candidates for new job opportunities
- Assist in scheduling, facilitating, and conducting briefs on hiring team interviews
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts (Use social media networks e.g. LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Onlinejobs PH Facebook, Twitter etc. ) to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Build networks to find qualified active and passive candidates through professional groups on social media
- Assist the team in the paper screening of resumes when needed
- Helps maintain and organize a database of applicants' resumes, application forms, test results, profiles, etc.
- Ensure New Hire's completion of pre-employment requirements
- Nurture and build good relationships with prospective candidates from screening to the hiring stage, and make sure that candidates' churn rate is at a very minimal
- Facilitate calibration sessions for new roles
- Process HR related tasks
- Experience in using Greenhouse is a PLUS
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of end-to-end Recruitment experience in fulfilling volume hiring roles
- Proven experience in targeted sourcing for hard-to-fill vacancies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and prioritization ability
- Has a great eye for potential candidates, preferably
- Experience in handling various types of hires from different departments
- Above Average Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Ability to work within fast-paced and changing environments across multiple systems
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Kalibrr
- Team spirit
- Highly organized, with an ability to keep records and assess incoming data
- Detail-oriented, paying special attention to each job posting’s specific needs
- Respect for compliance and confidentiality
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- Should have a back-up Computer with the same specs
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- At least 10 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
Shift Schedule: 6AM - 3PM Philippines Standard Time
Rate: Php 30,000
