- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
- Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your existing accounts
- Regularly report on account performance, highlighting key metrics and insights
- Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and support the growth of the wider team
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management role, preferably in the Sales industry.

A graduate of Business Administration, Communications or Economics.

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.

Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client accounts.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address client needs.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in the use of CRM systems and sales-related software

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
