Manager for Implementation – ERP and Accounting System  

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• ERP Solution Architecture – Understands business problems and designs practical ERP solutions.
• Business Process Analysis – Can analyze existing processes and recommend improved workflows.
• Solution Blueprinting – Can document how business requirements will be translated into system functionality.
• Accounting Expertise – Understands how operational transactions affect accounting and financial reporting.
• Project Leadership – Can manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, risks, and implementation timelines.
• Consultative Thinking – Can challenge requirements when necessary and recommend better approaches.
• Client Management – Can confidently facilitate discussions with business owners, executives, finance teams, and operational users.
• Team Leadership – Can guide Business Analysts and implementation team members toward consistent implementation standards.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.

• Proven experience in implementing ERP, Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Management Systems.

• Experience managing ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live.

• Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial controls, and financial reporting.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Order to Collection, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct client discovery sessions and requirements workshops.

• Experience in project scoping, requirements analysis, and Solution Blueprint creation.

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs and workflows.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, accountants, operational teams, technical teams, and system users.
