Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.
Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.
Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.
Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.
Ensures that all known company’s known information is kept confidential.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Sales penetration and area saturation of the assigned areas or Region.
Achieve sales productivity: Customer visits, New and reactivated customers, increase product lines, product demonstrations and training, introduction of new products, and conduct customer business reviews.
Provide product training, demonstration, and presentations.
Deal with customers' complaints
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of bachelor’s degree in any field, Vocational courses
Sales experience in automotive and after-sales
Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.
Planning and organizational skills
Building Relationship
Meeting sales goals
Negotiation
Product Expertise / Product Demonstration
Proficient in MS Office applications
With good communication skills
Capacity to lead with poise and conviction.
Ability to devise relevant and innovative strategies.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
