General Responsibilities:

Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.

Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.
- Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.
- Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.
- Ensures that all known company’s known information is kept confidential.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Sales penetration and area saturation of the assigned areas or Region.

Achieve sales productivity: Customer visits, New and reactivated customers, increase product lines, product demonstrations and training, introduction of new products, and conduct customer business reviews.
- Provide product training, demonstration, and presentations.
- Deal with customers' complaints
Minimum Qualifications
- Comptency Requirements:
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in any field, Vocational courses
- Sales experience in automotive and after-sales
- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.
- Planning and organizational skills
- Building Relationship
- Meeting sales goals

- Product Expertise / Product Demonstration
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- With good communication skills
