The Brand Marketing Officer plays a key role in implementing and monitoring marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the company’s portfolio. Positioned as a tactical executor of campaigns, ensures that marketing activities—both digital and traditional—are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and consistent with brand standards.
- Campaign Implementation & Coordination
- Execute brand campaigns and promotions in alignment with departmental plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers, creatives, printers, and vendors to deliver campaign materials.
- Track campaign milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Digital Marketing Execution
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts.
- Assist in running paid ads (Meta, Google) and monitor performance.
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and online inquiries in a timely manner.
- Content Development & Brand Assets
- Support the creation of marketing collaterals (graphics, captions, videos).
- Maintain organized repositories of brand assets and ensure consistency in use.
- Ensure all outputs adhere to brand identity guidelines.
- Trade & Channel Marketing
- Provide support during product launches, dealer activations, and trade shows.
- Coordinate event logistics and consolidate feedback from trade partners.
- Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct regular market scans and competitor monitoring to inform campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance of digital and offline marketing activities.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and consumer engagement.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Compile and submit campaign performance reports and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing materials, analytics, and activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals.
- Support internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives when required.
- Participate in interdepartmental projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of work experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or brand support.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Ads, Seo/Sem tools).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or copywriting is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication in both English and Filipino.
