Financial Analyst & General Accountant  

The Financial Analyst and General Accountant ensures the accuracy and integrity of WTI’s financial records by recording transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing timely reports to support management decisions. The role also ensures tax compliance with government regulations and collaborates with the Finance Manager in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls within the Finance function.

General Ledger Management & Financial Reporting

• Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with PAS.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare financial statements and regular reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, cash advance liquidation review, and financial reporting improvements.
  

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and government reportorial requirements.

Internal Controls & Audit Support

• Help improve internal control processes and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.

Accounting System Administration

• Maintain and manage the company’s accounting system (QNE).

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license is an advantage.
• At least two 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of tax and local government compliance - a must
• Proficient in Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems (e.g., QNE)
• Willing to work hybrid (at least 3 days a week in the office)
