Marketing Associate  

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and strengthen the company’s market presence. In this role, you will contribute to marketing strategies, digital campaigns, content creation, market research, events, and product promotions while working closely with the Business Development Group and other internal teams to support business growth.

Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
• Support product launches, lead generation, and market expansion.

Content & Digital Marketing

• Create marketing content for social media, email, websites, and other channels.
• Manage social media, digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Maintain consistent company branding.

Events & Market Presence

• Plan and coordinate internal and external marketing events.
• Manage participation in relevant industry associations.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market and competitor research and monitor industry trends.
• Analyze marketing data to identify opportunities and improvements.

Sales & Team Support

• Provide marketing materials and support to the Business Development Group.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and product initiatives.

Budget Management

• Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Marketing Communications, Market Research, and product launches.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, and Google Looker Studio.
• Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.
