Description
The Digital Marketing Officer will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role involves planning campaigns, creating content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing digital channels to drive engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engines, websites, etc.).
- Set measurable goals for each campaign and track performance.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve ROI objectives.
2. Content Creation & Campaign Management:
- Create and manage engaging content, including blogs, videos, graphics, and social media posts.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is SEO-optimized.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers for high-quality outputs.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) &Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Perform keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- o Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
4. Social Media Management:
- Plan and execute a social media strategy to grow followers and increase engagement
- Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor analytics to refine strategies.
5. Email Marketing and SMS Marketing:
- Design and manage email and sms marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to improve email performance.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital channels and campaigns using tools like (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms)
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and manage strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align digital strategies with customer acquisition goals.
8. Trends & Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
- Identify opportunities to implement innovative strategies.
9. Website Optimization
- Publishing articles
- Website Audit
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics social media management tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
