- Conducting comprehensive IT risk assessments, including risk analysis and identification.
- Developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitoring and evaluating IT controls and processes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various functions to design and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain abreast of technological developments, regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate effectively to ensure IT compliance with regulations, including reporting and submitting documents to regulators (e.g., BI, OJK, and other relevant regulators)
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the banking/financial services industry, preferably in IT or IT operations.
- 2–4 years of work experience in IT governance, compliance, and audit processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Serve as the primary PIC and IT audit coordinator, both internal and external, including: Providing audit documentation, Responding to and clarifying audit inquiries, Following up on audit findings and recommendations.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
