HR Specialist | Employee Engagement  

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils., Inc. is looking for a dynamic and engaging HR professional with a strong background in Employee Engagement and Events Management. We need someone who can create meaningful activities, foster a positive work culture, and help strengthen collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Events

• Plan, organize, and spearhead activities that promote teamwork, employee well-being, and workplace culture.
• Partner with different departments to identify engagement opportunities and initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team leaders and employees.

Employee Relations & Support

• Assist in addressing employee concerns and feedback.
• Track and maintain departmental timelines and events.
• Support other HR functions when needed (e.g., employee documentation, coordination with external providers, new employee HR orientation).

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courses.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources, handling Events and/or Employee Engagement.
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.
• Able to Work From Home, with reliable internet connection of at least 100 mbps
