- Review and process physician and NP orders in multiple EHR systems.
- Enter and track orders across skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and home health agencies (HHAs).
- Verify order execution and follow up on completion.
- Act as primary nursing contact for order-related communications.
- Clarify orders with physicians as needed.
- Coordinate with Telehealth Care Coordinators to align orders with patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA/CMS standards.
- Support audits and quality reviews with order-related data.
- Follow team and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Active RN or USRN license.
- Clinical experience in acute, post-acute, or home health settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote telehealth environment.
- Interest in medical informatics, data analysis, or quality improvement is a plus.
