- On-Site Support: Assist users with direct, face-to-face mobility device, transport, or service troubleshooting.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for daily operational questions at the client facility.
- Request Management: Track, log, and resolve service tickets using local management tools.
- Coordination: Partner with remote dispatch, logistics, or technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree of any course
- Experience: One to two years in customer service, helpdesk support, or logistics coordination.
- Communication: Proven ability to speak and write clearly in professional settings.
- Problem Solving: Experience resolving customer complaints or service delays independently.
- Willing to report onsite Mondays to Fridays
