Sales and Marketing Administrator  

Sales Administration

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team in day-to-day operations
• Preapre quotations, proposals, presentations, contracts, and sales documentation
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and account information
• Monitor sales activities, track leads, support follow-up actions with prospective and existing clients
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and client appointments

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support and coordination
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal deparments and external stakeholders

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare sales reports, marketing perfromance summaries, and business updates
• Generate and analyze sales and marketing data to support decision-making
• Maintain accurate filing systems and unsure document control and confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales adminitration, marketing support, customer service, business development, or administrative roles
• Experince supporting sales activities and marketing initiatives is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
