Job Description

Strategic Leadership and Brand Management

  • Develop and implement an integrated, data-driven marketing and communications strategy aligned with the University’s strategic and enrollment goals.
  • Serve as chief brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and visual identity across platforms and campuses.
  • Lead institutional reputation management, media relations, rankings visibility, awards promotion, and thought leadership.
  • Establish marketing policies, brand guidelines, and communication protocols.

Enrollment Marketing and Growth

  • Provide strategic oversight of undergraduate and post-graduate recruitment campaigns in coordination with Admissions.
  • Utilize market research, analytics, and benchmarking to drive evidence-based recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor marketing ROI, lead generation, conversion metrics, and enrollment outcomes.
  • Introduce innovative recruitment initiatives, including digital campaigns, CRM utilization, and ambassador programs.

Digital Communications and Innovation

  • Lead digital strategy across website, social media, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee content development, SEO, analytics, and multimedia production.
  • Implement marketing technologies to modernize outreach and engagement.

Institutional Communications and Public Relations

  • Serve as principal adviser on public messaging and official communications.
  • Oversee press releases, speeches, publications, annual reports, and major institutional collaterals.
  • Act as spokesperson or designate representatives as needed.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication frameworks.

Governance and Organizational Leadership

  • Oversee departmental planning, budgeting, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and policies.
  • Integrate marketing processes within the University’s Quality Management System.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing, and University Relations.

Special Projects

  • Oversee communications and marketing for major University events and milestone initiatives.
  • Perform other strategic functions as assigned by the University Management from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Post-graduate degree is an advantage
  • With at least 5 year of experience in the field of Marketing
  • Team player with dynamic leadership and management skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain a positive outlook, and manage stressful situations effectively
  • Ability to exhibit genuine empathy in professional interactions and foster a respectful and harmonious workplace culture
